Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1. This promotion is open to individuals who:
   • Are 18 years of age or older.
   • Submit a valid entry during the promotion period.
   • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
2. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of The Concept Trading are not eligible to enter.
3. Participants must provide accurate contact information. Entries containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be disqualified.

2. How to Enter

To enter the August Best Trade Giveaway, participants must:

1. Complete the official giveaway entry form on The Concept Trading website.
2. Provide a valid email address.
3. Upload a screenshot of a trade they have personally taken.
4. Provide a short description explaining the trade and why it is significant to them.
5. Agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

3. Entry Requirements

Entries must:

• Be the participant’s own trade and original submission.
• Include a valid trade screenshot.
• Not contain offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
• Not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Be submitted between 14 August 2026 at 12:00 AM AEST and 31 August 2026 at 11:59 PM AEST.

The Concept Trading reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements.

4. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) $50K Empire Mongol Intern Account from The Concept Trading.

The $50K refers to the account size and does not represent a $50,000 cash prize.

Prize inclusions are subject to the specifications and applicable rules of the Empire Mongol Intern Account available at the time the prize is fulfilled.

The prize:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be transferred to another person.
• Cannot be substituted unless determined by The Concept Trading.

5. Winner Selection

1. One winner will be selected after the promotion closes.
2. Entries will be reviewed based on the submitted trade and accompanying response.
3. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered into.

6. Winner Notification

1. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided during entry.
2. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days, The Concept Trading reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
3. Winners may be announced on The Concept Trading website or social media channels.

7. Verification

Before any prize is awarded, winners may be required to:

• Verify their identity.
• Confirm that the submitted trade and screenshot are their own.
• Complete any required onboarding or account verification procedures.
• Agree to The Concept Trading’s Terms & Conditions, Risk Disclosures, and applicable program rules.

Failure to complete verification may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Disqualification

The Concept Trading reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false or misleading information.
• Submits a trade or screenshot belonging to another person.
• Manipulates or falsifies trading results or screenshots.
• Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the promotion.
• Uses automated methods or multiple accounts to enter.
• Breaches these Terms & Conditions.

9. General Conditions

1. The Concept Trading reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion where reasonably necessary.
2. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
3. The prize does not guarantee trading success or future profitability.
4. The Concept Trading’s standard Terms & Conditions continue to apply where relevant.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with The Concept Trading’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the administration of this giveaway and related communications where consent has been provided.

By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge that their submitted trade screenshot and accompanying story may be used by The Concept Trading for purposes related to the giveaway and promotional content, subject to applicable consent requirements.

11. Use of Submitted Content

By entering the promotion, participants grant The Concept Trading permission to use, reproduce, publish, edit, and share any content submitted as part of their entry for marketing, promotional, advertising, and communication purposes across The Concept Trading’s channels.

Participants confirm that they own or have the necessary rights to any content submitted and that its use by The Concept Trading in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will not infringe the rights of any third party.

The Concept Trading may edit, resize, crop, format, or otherwise adapt submitted content where reasonably necessary for publication.

This works for screenshots, written responses, photos, videos, testimonials, stories, or other future giveaway submissions, so you shouldn’t need to rewrite the clause every time.
