Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1. This promotion is open only to individuals who:

1. Are 18 years of age or older, and
   b. Submit accurate personal details including a valid email address, and
   c. Are not employees, contractors, or immediate family members of staff of The Concept Trading or its related entities.

1. The promotion is available globally; however, The Concept Trading may restrict participation where local laws prohibit entry or where regulatory obligations prevent onboarding.
2. All entrants must be eligible to hold and operate a funded trading account under The Concept Trading’s standard Account Terms, including passing any required AML, identity verification, or onboarding checks before a prize can be activated.

2. How to Enter

To enter the Build Your Empire Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps during the promotion period:

1. Submit their email address via the official giveaway landing page.
2. Complete the sentence:

“I am building my trading empire by _____ because _____”

Once submitted, the participant will automatically be entered into the giveaway draw.

Only one base entry per person is permitted.

3. Bonus Entries

Participants may earn additional entries through the following actions:

• Sharing the campaign on Instagram Story or X and tagging @TCT
  • Tagging another trader in campaign comments
  • Posting their response in the official TCT Discord community

Bonus entries are subject to manual verification by The Concept Trading.

4. Entry Reward

1. All valid entrants will receive a 40% one-off discount on all The Concept Trading programs, excluding Instant programs.
2. The reward is issued via promo code MONGOL40.
3. The reward is valid until 24 June 2026 at 11:59pm AEST.
4. The reward:

• Is limited to one use per trader
  • Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions
  • Is not transferable or redeemable for cash

5. Prize Details

1. There will be one winner selected in total.
2. The winner will receive:

1 x Empire Mongol Intern Program

Including:

• $50,000 starting trading capital
  • $4,997 value
  • approximately 50% scaling from funded stage
  • 10% drawdown
  • 10% profit target

1. The prize is:

• Not transferable
  • Not redeemable for cash
  • Subject to The Concept Trading’s account terms and onboarding requirements

6. Winner Selection and Notification

1. The winner will be selected by The Concept Trading or an authorised representative based on the quality, originality, and relevance of their submitted response.
2. A shortlist of eligible entries may be created before the final selection process.
3. The winner will be announced on 22 June 2026.
4. The winner will be contacted using the email address submitted during entry.
5. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, The Concept Trading reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Verification Requirements

Before the prize can be activated, the winner must:

1. Complete all onboarding requirements, including identity verification and AML checks, and
   b. Agree to The Concept Trading’s Program Terms and Conditions, Risk Disclosure, and General Advice Warning.

Failure to complete verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Disqualification

The Concept Trading reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

• Contains false or misleading information
  • Uses automated or fraudulent entry methods
  • Attempts to manipulate the promotion or draw outcome
  • Fails to comply with applicable laws or The Concept Trading’s platform rules

9. General Conditions

1. The Concept Trading may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
2. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Nothing in this promotion constitutes personal financial advice. All information is general in nature only and does not consider your objectives, financial situation, or needs.
4. Trading derivatives involves high risk of loss exceeding deposits. 70–80% of retail traders lose money.
5. This promotion is conducted by The Concept Trading, CAR 131 76 33 of Vested Equities Pty Ltd, AFSL 478987 (Australia).

All personal information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with The Concept Trading’s Privacy Policy.

Entrants consent to being contacted by The Concept Trading regarding this promotion, future marketing communications, and giveaway administration.
